I offer clinical social work supervision for LMSWs seeking advanced licensure who are committed to deepening their clinical skill, confidence, and professional identity. I also offer licensed clinicians advanced supervision on an as-needed basis to staff challenging cases and improve clinical effectiveness when working with patients.
My supervision is designed to go beyond basic case review. Together, we focus on developing effective, nuanced clinical technique—especially when working with clients who feel chronically stuck or resistant to change. I help supervisees build the skills needed to think critically, intervene intentionally, and move therapy forward with clarity and purpose.
Core areas of focus include:
•Strengthening clinical technique and therapeutic presence
•Working effectively with complex or “stuck” cases
•Ethics, professional boundaries, and clinical decision-making
•DSM-5-TR differential diagnosis and diagnostic clarity
•Preparation for licensure exams, including test readiness and strategy
My approach is engaged, direct, and supportive. I aim to create a space where you can be both challenged and supported as you grow into a more confident and effective clinician. If you’re interested in supervision or would like to learn more, I invite you to reach out through the inquiry form to schedule a consultation.
PLEASE NOTE:
For LMSWs seeking LCSW licensure, TAC requires a minimum of 4 direct clinical hours per week to qualify for clinical supervision. You are also required to complete a total of 100 supervision hours that must be completed over a minimum of 24 months.
Supervision is offered in both individual and group formats:
Individual Supervision ($85/Supervision Hour)
Weekly 60-minute sessions tailored to your specific clinical work, learning style, and professional goals. This format allows for deeper exploration of cases and personalized feedback.
Group Supervision ($70/Supervision Hour)
Twice-monthly 2-hour sessions in a collaborative, supportive environment. Group supervision provides the opportunity to learn from peers, gain diverse perspectives, and strengthen your clinical thinking through discussion and shared experience. Groups include up to 6 members maximum.
